LETTER FROM THE OWNER

As a current real estate investor and construction business owner, I inspected hundreds of properties, trying to find problems myself because my money depended on it. I also worked in tandem with construction tradesman, city building department officials, and real estate professionals, which gave me a wide perspective and solid understanding of building technology. Working as a General manager of a Retail chain I know how to offer quality service, and get a return customer. I understand first-hand how stressful a real estate transaction can be.
